Landstruction was appointed by Anwyl Homes to design and construct a high-performance acoustic barrier at the Whittle Brook development in Heywood. Located alongside the M62 motorway, the barrier plays a critical role in reducing noise pollution for new residents and improving the overall liveability of the site. The structure forms part of the wider infrastructure of the development, combining technical performance with considered landscape integration to support a growing residential community.
At Keckwick Show Home in Daresbury, Landstruction transformed a bare plot into a complete, show-ready landscape within an ambitious 6 week timeframe. Working in partnership with Redrow Homes, our team created an aspirational garden that reflects the quality and character of the new development. Championing biodiversity and sustainable design, the result is a space that feels established with beautifully planted, rich in ecological features that welcome visitors from the moment they arrive.
At Hope House Children’s Hospice, Landstruction transformed the existing play area into a sensory garden designed for exploration, play and shared experience. The new space offers a vibrant and uplifting environment for patients and families to spend time together.
Landstruction successfully tendered for a consortium led project in Chester, to create a new site entrance at Kings Moat Garden Village for Redrow Homes and Taylor Wimpey Homes.
The Colony is a combination of luxurious offices and professional business space set within spectacular landscaped grounds. Situated on the outskirts of Wilmslow, these flexible interior and exterior spaces have been meticulously designed to cater for events of all sizes.
At the centre of the Williamson Art Gallery in Birkenhead is an enclosed courtyard, previously known as The Quad which has remained derelict for almost 90 years. Thanks to Landstruction, the heart of this gallery has now been bought back to life and turned into use as The Green Gallery.
Water’s Reach by Redrow is located in the historic village of Hartford and is a development of 3 and 4 bedroom homes. The design and build brief was to create a unique garden for the new show home.
A secure outdoor dining space for Hickory’s Smokehouse in Southport serves up board walks, tall vegetation and a planting scheme made up of ornamental grasses.
Landstruction was engaged by Conwy Council to revitalise several key roundabouts across the region, transforming them into vibrant, well-maintained spaces that enhance the area’s visual appeal and support local biodiversity. With a dedicated team and a robust project management approach, we completed each roundabout on a strict timeline, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless coordination.
We laid over 500m2 of granite paving at Barons Quay in Northwich. A waterside complex of retail and restaurants designed to a contemporary and modern specification.
A unique new-build in the heart of Wilmslow featured a combination of both landscaping as well as a distinctive water feature and retaining walls construction.
An outdoor dining space for Hickory’s Smokehouse in Crewe. Designed by our in-house Design and Construction Manager, it references Southern USA landscapes.
As specialists in bespoke outdoor features; we were asked to build a cycle store for a new development in Llangefni. The store is made out of the finest Western Red Cedar wood, which gave it an exclusive look, making it very different to your average cycle store.
Replacement of a former crazy golf course with ‘Sky Tykes’, a brand-new children’s climbing area.
Landscaping the grounds of Redrow’s 100,000 house completion at Regent’s Grange, Chester. Plus the Public Open Space (POS) that the house overlooks.
Landstruction undertook both the hard and soft landscaping within this scheme. The highlights of the works featured a combination of block paving, top soiling as well as seasonal shrub and flower planting.
