Fencing Operative

We are currently looking for an individual to support Landstruction’s further expansion within our fencing department.

The dedicated operative role is required to carry out landscaping installations, ensuring the quality standards of the group are adhered to and appropriate timescales are met.

Previous fencing experience along with the highest standards of workmanship as well as a good knowledge of Health & Safety is essential to this position.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out any other duties in line with the role as required in the best interests of the company.

• Minimum of 2 years-experience within a similar role
• CSCS card

• Competency in installing all aspects of timber and concrete fencing
• Good knowledge of soft and hard landscaping techniques
• Excellent customer service and basic communication skills
• Team player and adaptable and flexible to the needs of a business
• Good attention to detail and work ethic

• Fencing: 2 years (Preferred)
• CSCS (preferred)

• 8-hour shift

• Yearly bonus
