We’re looking for a Landscape Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale landscaping contracts. This role is site and office based and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced landscaping professional with strong leadership and project management skills.

As a Landscape Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Planning, oversight, and delivery of daily contract works and maintenance
• Tendering for new projects and ensuring competitive, growth-focused bids
• Programming and managing works in line with risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Negotiating with clients and maintaining excellent relationships
• Coordinating labour, equipment, and materials to achieve efficiency and productivity
• Monitoring costs and budgets to ensure financial control
• Conducting site visits and liaising with Site Agents, Clients, and internal teams
• Interpreting architectural drawings and setting out operational work areas
• Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies and company standards
• Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety across all sites
• Delivering consistently high client satisfaction and quality standards
• Applying a broad knowledge of construction methods to support project delivery
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscaping
• CSCS card holder
• SMSTS qualification
• Clean UK Drivers Licence
• Strong people leadership skills
• First Aid qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management
