An exciting opportunity has come available for a fixed-term HR Advisor role!

Join Landstruction and take ownership of our HR responsibilities, providing expert advice, managing recruitment, and supporting our staff while making a real impact on the company culture.

Based in Deeside, this is a fantastic opportunity to work independently in a stand-alone HR role, while still having access to external HR advisory support when needed. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to become a full-time, permanent position.

With over 70 in-house professionals, we manage multi-million-pound contracts across the UK, always prioritising exacting standards and bespoke customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a HR Advisor, you’ll play a central role in managing our HR function. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes

• Providing HR advice and guidance to the management team

• Organising and coordinating training where needed

• Attending meetings as the HR representative

• Supporting strategies to maintain a positive workplace culture

• Assisting with Investors in People and Real Living Wage accreditation renewals

• Promoting our PROUD company values

• Keeping up to date with changes to employment law and legislation

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a HR role

• CIPD Level 3

• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and equal opportunities legislation

• Proactive approach to personal and professional development

• Ability to manage your own workload

• CIPD Level 5
