We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Contracts Managers, helping to ensure that projects run smoothly, resources are effectively managed, and work on-site is carried out to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

 

You’ll support our Contracts Managers in the successful delivery of high-quality landscaping projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Ensuring our projects are delivered to the high standard we’re known for, including auditing/inspections following landscape installation
  • Upholding health and safety standards across all activities
  • Coordinating on-site activities, ensuring teams, materials, and equipment are in place
  • Managing material and equipment orders to meet project timelines.
  • Scheduling and allocating labour and resources for maximum efficiency
  • Providing administrative and logistical support to the Contracts Team
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and company quality standards
  • Supporting Site Supervisors with day-to-day on-site needs
  • Assisting with quality control and inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, and other contractors to ensure smooth operations

Essential Qualifications/Experience

What we’re looking for

 

  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or the environmental sector
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong computer literacy, including spreadsheets and office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and clients at all levels
  • Enthusiasm for developing into a Contracts Manager role
  • An understanding and knowledge of logistics, scheduling, or operations
  • A full, clean, UK driving licence

Desired Qualifications/Experience

  • Knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards
  • Experience using stock management and scheduling software
