Parkside Regeneration

Designated for regeneration, the site was brought forward for redevelopment as a major scheme alongside the M6 corridor. Landstruction was appointed by Parkside Regeneration, a Joint Venture between Langtree and St Helens and managed by Chroma, to deliver large-scale enabling works at the site. The removal of this vegetation supported redevelopment, unlocking investment in planned, sustainable landscaping and wider ecological measures. The result is a site prepared for development, and ready to support not just construction, but regeneration.
