Landstruction is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring their enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You’ll also support our senior management team with a range of administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of our vibrant business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Aftersales Support Management: Oversee and manage all aftersales support cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. This includes:
    • Case Handling: Addressing customer concerns and queries post-purchase, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Portal Management: Regularly updating our in-house customer care portal with the latest information and status of support cases.
    • Communication: Coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient resolution of support cases. Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, keeping them informed about the progress and resolution of their issues.

Administrative Support: Assist the Contracts management team, and senior management team with various tasks ensuring smooth operations

Essential Qualifications/Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational abilities

Desired Qualifications/Experience

  • Preferably, at least 3 years of administrative experience.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

  • Full driver’s license with minimum 1 years’ experience
